mount st mary's university

The Elite 150 lacrosse camps are located at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Our camp philosophy employs division-1 training techniques for improving the camper’s ability and knowledge for the game of lacrosse. Practice sessions implement repetition of fundamental skills and drills, while also providing our campers a competitive on field experience. Boys ages 6-16yrs. attend. The camp staff is employed by Tom Gravante, Head men’s lacrosse coach at Mount St. Mary’s University, which includes both his college staff and current division-1 players. Camper to staff ratio is 7 to 2, maximizing our camper’s ability to learn in an enthusiastic and fun environment.
