High school rising 10th to 12th graders, Fall 2012. Rising 9th graders may attend at coach’s discretion. |

Friday 7/20 to Sunday 7/22. |

Mount St. Mary’s Athletic Fields Complex-East Campus. |
Registration: |
Friday 7/20 from 2:00pm-5:30pm at Brute Dormitory, West campus. |
Fees: |
Commuter-$175/player; Resident-$275/player includes single or double occupancy room and all meals. All team consent forms must be submitted together with team roster and fees. All Registration and payments must be made online. |
Deadline: |
All team consent forms must be received by July 13th, 2012. |

Inclement Weather: |
In the event of inclement weather, Mount St. Mary’s University and the governing athletic staff reserves the right to postpone, alter game schedule/format, or cancel the event entirely in the best interest and for the safety of the participants and spectators in attendance. Every effort will be put forth to accommodate the planned full schedule of games within a reasonable period of time to accommodate the needs of the officials and participating teams. Mount St. Mary’s University and governing athletic staff also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament in advance due to weather related or other acts of God without refund. |
Registration is limited to (16) teams that will be split into (2)-8 team divisions. We advise that each team have a minimum of 18-21 players. All players must complete the consent form. Registration and payment made online.
Game Rules
1. |
Each team must have 1-2 adult coaches who will be in charge of team organization and sportsmanship. |
2. |
Each game consists of (2)-20 minute running halves. Penalties will result to EMO-MDD situational play. All penalties/players will be released according to referee and NCAA college rules. |
3. |
Each team can take (1)-30 second timeout/half and (1)-30 second timeout in sudden death OT play. |
4. |
All teams must wear matching jerseys or tank-tops, and uniform numbers must correspond to recruiting program. |
5. |
All NCAA college rules apply. If you have game/field question(s), please refer them to the referees. |
6. |
There will be a (5) minute halftime period for all games, and all games will start at the designated times. **SEE GAME SCHEDULE** |

Essential Information |
|
1. |
All 16 teams make playoffs. There are NO consolation games. |
2. |
All teams play (4) regulation tournament games at their scheduled times. If your team can not stay for the entire tournament, please notify Coach Gravante immediately. |
3. |
There will be (2)-8 team divisions split into North and South. Playoff seating per division will be determined by regular division record. Playoff seating for tied division records will be determined by head to head competition. |
4. |
Tournament winner and (2) Coaches will receive a $25 gift card to the Outback Steakhouse immediately following the championship game. |

2-5:30pm: Team and Player registration; Brute Dormitory
RESIDENT PLAYERS MAY ORDER PIZZA OR SUBS AT THE CAMP STORE-BRUTE DORMITORY PRIOR TO EVENING GAMES. YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE CAMP STORE.
SATURDAY 7/21:
7-8:30am: Breakfast (Resident teams only)
Noon-2:00pm: Lunch for commuter and resident teams only.
4-6:00pm: Dinner for commuter and resident teams only.
RESIDENT PLAYERS MAY ORDER PIZZA OR SUBS AT THE CAMP STORE-BRUTE DORMITORY PRIOR TO EVENING GAMES. YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE CAMP STORE.
