Team Registration

Outback Fall Shoot Out 2012 $1,300.00 USD

Ages: High School Freshman to Seniors, 13-17 yrs

When: Saturday 11/5 (JV) and Sunday 11/6 (V)

Where: Mount St. Mary’s University-East campus athletic fields

Time: 8:00am-5:00pm (coach’s registration: 7:00am-7:30am @ GREEN Outdoor Pavilion.  Games start at 8:00am.  Complimentary lunch to all team coaches and college coaches who register

Cost : $1300 Per Team.   All player consent forms must be submitted together with team roster and player jersey number-Only Online Payments will be accepted.

Deadline: All team registrations must be received by 10/31/2012.  Individual consents received after October 28th will be charged an additional late fee of $15/registrant, totaling $80/registration

The shootout will be an exciting day of 10vs.10 lacrosse. Each team is guaranteed (4) games, and all games will be 50-minutes with (2)-25 minute running halves. All NCAA D-1 College rules apply and there will be (2) referees for every game. There will be certified athletic trainers and staff present for medical emergencies. All training staff located at playing fields. Registration limited to (48) teams, 24 competing/day. Saturday 11/5: JV or young varsity programs, ages 13-15yrs. Sunday 11/6: Varsity or Elite club teams, ages 15-17yrs. The coach/team organizer must specify team division on the CONSENT FORM. We advise that each team have a minimum of 18 players. Coaches/organizers must have each player complete the consent form and send entire team registration consent forms together to: SEE INFORMATION BELOW.

Inclement Weather Policy : In the event of inclement weather, Mount St. Mary’s University and the governing athletic staff reserves the right to postpone, alter game schedule/format, or cancel the event entirely in the best interest and for the safety of the participants and spectators in attendance. Every effort will be put forth to accommodate the planned full schedule of games within a reasonable period of time to accommodate the needs of the officials and participating teams. Mount St. Mary’s University and governing athletic staff also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament in advance due to weather related or other acts of God without refund.
